Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Acting as the primary contact for plan sponsors, the full-time remote Client Relationship Manager will provide superior customer service, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams to optimize retirement plans.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Resolve client issues and provide support related to plan design, compliance, and reporting
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer insights and enhance service offerings

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in A-Z plan administration
• Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to communicate confidently and empathetically in high-stress situations
• Experience working autonomously and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with FT William and/or ASC software systems is a plus
