Client Relationship Manager
Job Summary
Serving as the primary liaison with assigned clients, the full-time remote Client Relationship Manager will optimize Revenue Cycle Management results by analyzing metrics, conducting client meetings, and advising on industry trends.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients' business needs and RCM goals
- Review and analyze RCM metrics to assess and optimize performance
- Conduct client meetings to discuss performance, trends, and industry issues impacting practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical billing client service role, preferably in Emergency Departments
- Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
- Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate insights to clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
