Client Relationship Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Relationship Manager will serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients, optimizing Revenue Cycle Management results while providing reimbursement analysis and management reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of assigned clients' business needs and RCM goals
- Conduct client meetings to review RCM performance and advise on industry issues impacting the practice
- Proactively communicate with client groups and organizational departments regarding ongoing client satisfaction and opportunities for growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical billing client service role
- Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
- Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate insights to clients
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
