Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (Revenue Cycle Management/Healthcare).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Handle customer inquiries and facilitate resolutions by coordinating with appropriate staff members
- Identify sales opportunities and assist in managing client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient in using computer applications for payment posting and A/R follow-up
- Ability to work remotely and maintain effective communication in a virtual environment
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer service
