Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (Revenue Cycle Management/Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Handle customer inquiries and facilitate resolutions by coordinating with appropriate staff members
  • Identify sales opportunities and assist in managing client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • BA or BS degree; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficient in using computer applications for payment posting and A/R follow-up
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain effective communication in a virtual environment
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer service
