Client Relationship Manager, Radiology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager, Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients to optimize Revenue Cycle Management results
• Review and analyze RCM metrics, conducting client meetings to advise on performance and industry trends
• Educate clients on the benefits and capabilities of the organization and maintain ongoing client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical billing client service role, preferably in Radiology
• Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
• Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate insights effectively to clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
