Client Relationship Manager, Radiology

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Client Relationship Manager, Radiology, the successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, optimizing Revenue Cycle Management results through proactive communication, performance analysis, and industry guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients' business needs and RCM goals
• Review and analyze RCM metrics to assess and optimize performance
• Conduct client meetings to discuss performance, trends, and industry issues impacting their practice

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical billing client service role, preferably in Radiology
• Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
• Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate insights effectively to clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
