Client Relationship Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing concierge medical practice, the full-time remote Client Relationship Specialist will manage a sales pipeline, guide prospective patients through the enrollment process, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while collaborating with physicians and clinic staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage prospective patients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to enrollment
• Educate prospective patients on concierge medicine and coordinate introductions with physicians
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to track leads, document activity, and improve conversion rates

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in business development, inside sales, or account management
• Proven success in meeting sales, conversion, or enrollment goals
• Experience using a CRM, preferably HubSpot, to manage leads
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in luxury service industries a plus
• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and work independently in a remote setting
