• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, specifically in the Title and Escrow Insurance Industry
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
