Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor client service experience standards and implement improvements based on feedback
  • Utilize reporting and dashboarding to analyze performance and identify areas for enhancement
  • Provide operational support and manage client and advisor escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project or process management
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Lean and continuous improvement skills or certification preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software, such as Salesforce
