Client Relationship Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for external clients regarding product requests and support
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with Medicare Part D functions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and assist with internal administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or formal training beyond high school required
• 3-4 years of customer service and industry experience, preferably in health plans or PBM
• CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus
• Experience in a pharmacy support role is advantageous
• Knowledge of Medicare Part D guidelines and benefit structures is essential
