Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Specialist to manage and grow relationships with mid-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mid-tier clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Identify opportunities for growth and upselling, contributing to revenue targets
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience working with and/or managing B2B accounts
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a client-facing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in a SAAS, Tech, Telecoms or similar environment
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results and driving client satisfaction
