Client Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Reporting Analyst to support investor relations through the preparation and delivery of monthly accounting reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly accounting reports tailored to client needs
• Process loan transfers and perform detailed reconciliation of servicing transactional data
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues, including discrepancies in loan data and reporting anomalies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience with a High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years' experience in Investor Reporting or Investor Accounting
• 2+ years' experience in the mortgage industry, including servicing and processing rules
• Familiarity with custodial account reconciliation and expected cash testing preferred
• Strong skills in the MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel for data analysis
