Client Reporting Conversion Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the client reporting and portal migration for newly onboarded advisory teams, the remote Vice President, Client Reporting Conversion Specialist will manage the full conversion lifecycle, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful data migration and auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full conversion lifecycle for client reporting and portal, managing project plans and executive-level commitments
• Coordinate with consulting partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of conversion projects
• Design and execute audit processes to validate converted data and maintain thorough documentation for internal and external audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in financial services operations, particularly in data migrations or platform conversions
• Hands-on experience with Addepar and familiarity with other wealth-tech platforms
• Prior experience converting accounts from legacy portfolio management platforms
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
