Client Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Reporting Expert to deliver impactful reports and insights to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc client reports highlighting clinical outcomes and engagement trends
• Translate complex health and behavioral data into actionable business insights for various stakeholders
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree is a plus
• 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, client reporting, or business intelligence
• Understanding of clinical and financial metrics, including ROI and engagement metrics
• Experience working with data from EHRs, claims, or digital health engagement platforms
• Experience supporting clients such as employers, health plans, or provider groups
