Job Summary
Leading the Client Reporting Advisor Support team, the remote Vice President, Client Reporting Support Manager will manage a team of Advisor Support Associates, handle advisor inquiries, and ensure high-quality service delivery while evolving support workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of Advisor Support Associates, focusing on coaching, performance management, and professional development
- Personally field and resolve advisor support items, sharing the day-to-day workload with the team
- Oversee advisor team support items end-to-end, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a user support team specifically for an RIA's Addepar implementation
- 3-6+ years of experience in client service, advisor support, or wealth management operations with direct people management experience
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Addepar, including reporting workflows and advisor-facing use cases
- Demonstrated ability to manage SLAs and ensure high-quality service standards
- Track record of building and improving operational workflows and support processes
