Client Requirements Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance client satisfaction, the full-time remote Client Requirements Specialist will manage client requirements using CRM/Dynamics 365 and eZBenefits, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption for clients and members.

Key responsibilities

• Builds and maintains client requirements based on contracts and RFPs using CRM/Dynamics 365 and eZBenefits
• Reviews client plan documents to capture all requirements accurately throughout the client contract lifecycle
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and performs quality validation on all requirements prior to handoff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Knowledge of the PBM or healthcare industry preferred
• Proficiency in Project/Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and CRM systems required
• Experience with various reporting tools is a plus
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
