Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Results Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating high levels of customer experience to support the Agent community
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing real-time support to Agents
• Monitoring agent performance, identifying trends, and facilitating various communication channels

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of contact center/BPO experience or comparable customer service-related work experience
• Mastery of computer basics with an understanding of Microsoft products
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute and maintain a stable internet connection
• Comfortable preparing, presenting, and hosting sessions for small and large audiences
