Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Client Retention Specialist will educate and assist clients facing financial hardship, focusing on retaining customers within the financial hardship debt program through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive information about the financial hardship debt program to clients
- Display empathy and active listening to deescalate upset clients and address their concerns
- Utilize the CRM system to access client information and maintain accurate records of interactions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes
- Proficiency with a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and deescalate client issues effectively
