Client Review Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Review Manager to lead a remote team and oversee departmental operations related to Disability Profile Assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive team strategy and direction in collaboration with the Director of DBQ Operations
• Coach and mentor team supervisors to ensure departmental success and alignment with company goals
• Oversee performance management processes and ensure compliance with operational programs and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered with 4+ years in a related operational or leadership position
• Supervisory experience with a team of 4 or more
• Experience in medical operations, healthcare administration, or disability-related services
• Preferred remote leadership experience, including coaching in a virtual environment
• Ability to lead through change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
