Job Summary
Supporting client relationships in the CPG and OTC industries, the full-time remote Client Sales Insights Manager will manage interactions with advertising agency and media publisher partners while executing and analyzing data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with junior to mid-level advertising agency and media publisher partner clients across NCS' solution suite
- Execute, analyze, and perform quality assurance checks on NCS data, enabling insights and recommendations to clients
- Manage workflows within targeting, optimization, measurement, and clean room processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative or marketing field
- 1-2 years' experience in an insights and analytics or account management role preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets and Slides
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in task management
- Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving, agile environment
