Job Summary

Managing relationships with top-spending homebuilder clients, the full-time Client Sales Manager will drive quota attainment and deepen partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-engagement homebuilder clients, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality service
  • Own and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall team revenue growth
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, providing insights and recommendations to enhance partner success
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and account management with a focus on complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Proven track record of managing a large recurring revenue portfolio, ideally $500K+ in quarterly book value
  • Experience meeting and exceeding revenue targets with a strategic approach to growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and data reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with media, advertising, or real estate solutions, with the ability to translate platform value into partner outcomes
