Job Summary

Acting as the day-to-day liaison between clients and the company, the full-time Client Service Account Specialist will manage client correspondence, facilitate meetings, and produce reports to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage client correspondence and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in preparing and conducting client meetings, including agenda development and documentation of minutes
  • Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams regarding business issues and opportunities
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a business-to-business or client-facing role
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to create, maintain, analyze, and distribute reports
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to travel to client meetings and conferences as needed
