Job Summary
Acting as the day-to-day liaison between clients and the company, the full-time Client Service Account Specialist will manage client correspondence, facilitate meetings, and produce reports to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage client correspondence and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in preparing and conducting client meetings, including agenda development and documentation of minutes
- Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams regarding business issues and opportunities
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a business-to-business or client-facing role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to create, maintain, analyze, and distribute reports
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to travel to client meetings and conferences as needed
