Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Analyst who will analyze electronic client files to ensure accuracy in enrollments, terminations, and system data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and post electronic client files, including imports and exports, while following processing procedures
- Respond to call center escalations and manage client service questions and issues
- Communicate with insurance carriers to maintain eligibility and document client processing procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in Health and Wellness Benefit Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
