Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Analyst who will analyze electronic client files to ensure accuracy in enrollments, terminations, and system data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and post electronic client files, including imports and exports, while following processing procedures
  • Respond to call center escalations and manage client service questions and issues
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to maintain eligibility and document client processing procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in Health and Wellness Benefit Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
