Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding service-related requests and issues
- Engage with clients in a consultative manner to manage content deliverables
- Provide report creation and editing services while ensuring on-time quality deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize various software, including MS Excel
- Experience in marketing and/or sales with a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business, analytics, data, or technology
- Strong project management and process skills
