Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Analyst to ensure client satisfaction through service excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding service-related requests and issues
  • Engage with clients in a consultative manner to manage content deliverables
  • Provide report creation and editing services while ensuring on-time quality deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize various software, including MS Excel
  • Experience in marketing and/or sales with a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, analytics, data, or technology
  • Strong project management and process skills
