Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Analyst III to manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create technical report specifications from indenture language
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports
- Perform quality control review of reports and coordinate with operations teams for accurate payments
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience or in a similar field
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations
- Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
