Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Analyst III to manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create technical report specifications from indenture language
  • Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports
  • Perform quality control review of reports and coordinate with operations teams for accurate payments
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of related experience or in a similar field
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations
  • Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
