Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Analyst - PPM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Medical Policy Directors in the New Policy processes and presentations
  • Perform data and report analytics, generating and analyzing reports for client inquiries
  • Research client questions and draft accurate responses while participating in team meetings
Required Qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A. in business or healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Less than 1 year of related experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Experience in the US Healthcare industry and claims analysis
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
