Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Analyst - PPM.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Medical Policy Directors in the New Policy processes and presentations
- Perform data and report analytics, generating and analyzing reports for client inquiries
- Research client questions and draft accurate responses while participating in team meetings
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. in business or healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Less than 1 year of related experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience in the US Healthcare industry and claims analysis
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
