Job Summary
Client Service Analyst works full-time analyzing electronic client files to ensure the accuracy of enrollments, terminations, and system data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process electronic client files, including imports and exports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Respond to client service inquiries and escalations, providing timely resolutions and updates
- Document and update client processing procedures while maintaining internal system data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in Health and Wellness Benefit Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interface professionally with clients and carriers
- Experience with project management tools for tracking open items
