Job Summary

Client Service Analyst works full-time analyzing electronic client files to ensure the accuracy of enrollments, terminations, and system data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and process electronic client files, including imports and exports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Respond to client service inquiries and escalations, providing timely resolutions and updates
  • Document and update client processing procedures while maintaining internal system data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in Health and Wellness Benefit Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to interface professionally with clients and carriers
  • Experience with project management tools for tracking open items
