Job Summary

As a full-time remote Client Service Analyst, the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration while managing content deliverables and utilizing data analysis tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients regarding service-related requests or issues
  • Engage consultatively with clients to manage and solve content deliverables
  • Provide report creation and editing services while ensuring timely quality deliverables via Circana's Unify platform
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a relevant role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to learn various computer software
  • Experience in marketing and/or sales within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company
  • Strong project management and process skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, analytics, data, or technology
