Job Summary
Serving as the primary client contact for the Wegmans account, the full-time remote Client Service Analyst will deliver high-quality analytics, reporting, and service support, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and actionable insights that foster long-term collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage service-related inquiries and issue resolution for the Wegmans account, ensuring effective communication and timely responses
- Deliver analytics and reporting support, including report creation and maintenance, while ensuring data accuracy through regular quality checks
- Engage clients consultatively to understand their business objectives and translate data into meaningful insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client service, analytics, or data support, preferably in retail or CPG environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a capacity to learn new tools quickly
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with teams
