Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Associate to join their wealth management team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests promptly and accurately, aiming to handle most requests without advisor oversight
• Assist Advisors with client meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
• Process account applications, transfers, and various administrative tasks while contributing to process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of financial services experience, with client service experience preferred
• Prior remote working experience
• BA degree required
• Adept with technology, including Microsoft Office and various third-party software
• Experience with specific software is a plus but not required
