Client Service Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and capturing decisions on CDM presentations and project requests
• Conducting analytics in data and report analysis, running validation reports, and responding to research requests
• Supporting Client Policy Manager through various policy processes and communicating effectively with the client team

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with medical coding and terminology or clinical exposure
• Proficiency in Business Objects, relational databases, and advanced Excel skills
• Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to adapt to changing situations with ease and work within a matrix organization
