Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Associate to provide excellent service to clients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests promptly and accurately
• Assist Advisors with client meeting preparations and follow-up tasks
• Process account applications, transfers, and maintain client data in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of financial services experience
• Adept with technology and third-party software
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in a paperless office environment is preferred
