Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Center Associate, Retirement and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from retirement plan and health benefit participants
  • Provide accurate information on retirement plan provisions, IRS regulations, and health savings accounts
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and foster customer relationships to encourage financial fitness
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of business experience in employee benefits, customer service, or accounting/bookkeeping preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in financial services preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
  • Proven adaptability to a fast-paced, technology-centered environment
  • Excellent organizational skills required
