Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Center Associate, Retirement and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from retirement plan and health benefit participants
- Provide accurate information on retirement plan provisions, IRS regulations, and health savings accounts
- Maintain knowledge of company products and foster customer relationships to encourage financial fitness
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of business experience in employee benefits, customer service, or accounting/bookkeeping preferred
- 1+ years of experience in financial services preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
- Proven adaptability to a fast-paced, technology-centered environment
- Excellent organizational skills required
