Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Associate (level 1) to oversee client accounts and assist in project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sr./Strategic/Principal Client Service Manager in supporting client accounts and project management
- Proactively communicate account status and ensure all tasks are documented according to internal guidelines
- Interface with clients and internal team members to address questions and ensure quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the employee benefits/benefit administration industry
- Bachelor's degree or related field experience
- Proven experience in supporting client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to drive results
- Highly accountable and proactive in taking initiative and following through on tasks
