Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Associate to support client needs and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule client meetings and manage custodian paperwork
- Act as a liaison with custodians to resolve issues and enhance platform functionality
- Provide administrative support and execute client workflows using CRM and reporting platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three to five years of post-undergraduate experience
- Experience with custodian paperwork, ideally Charles Schwab
- Familiarity with CRM and reporting systems, ideally Advisor Engine and Tamarac
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
