Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Associate to support client needs and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule client meetings and manage custodian paperwork
  • Act as a liaison with custodians to resolve issues and enhance platform functionality
  • Provide administrative support and execute client workflows using CRM and reporting platforms
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three to five years of post-undergraduate experience
  • Experience with custodian paperwork, ideally Charles Schwab
  • Familiarity with CRM and reporting systems, ideally Advisor Engine and Tamarac
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
