Job Summary

Supporting the SCCM Operations team, the full-time remote Client Service Associate will manage daily transaction processing for cash products, monitor money movements, and assist with client service inquiries while contributing to departmental automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and assist in processing daily transactions for all cash programs
  • Monitor money movements and respond to investor inquiries accurately
  • Coordinate with Sales and custodians during the client onboarding process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline
  • Prior experience in Trade Support or Trading Operations
  • Exposure to basic accounting and finance concepts
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Understanding of basic banking terms and settlement procedures
