Job Summary

Supporting financial advisors and ensuring an exceptional client experience, the full-time Client Service Associate will manage administrative tasks, client relationship management, and operational support, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in The Villages, FL.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance via phone, email, and in person
  • Schedule client meetings, prepare documentation, and address inquiries related to account maintenance
  • Ensure timely processing of client requests and maintain accurate client records in the firm's CRM system
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial services or administrative support role
  • 2+ years of experience working with variable annuities
  • Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting, or finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn and use CRM systems
