Job Summary
Supporting financial advisors and enhancing client experiences, the full-time Client Service Associate will manage client inquiries, schedule meetings, and ensure accurate processing of account requests, with the option to work remotely or onsite in The Villages, FL.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance via phone, email, and in person
- Schedule and confirm client meetings, prepare documentation, and assist with follow-ups
- Maintain and update client records in the firm's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years previous experience in a financial services or administrative support role
- 2+ years previous experience working with variable annuities
- Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting, or finance
