Job Summary

To support a growing financial planning firm, the full-time Client Service Associate will provide exceptional service to clients, assist advisors with meeting preparations, and manage various administrative tasks in a permanently remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to client requests promptly and accurately
  • Assist advisors with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
  • Maintain and update client data in the CRM and manage workflows
Required qualifications:
  • 2 years of financial services experience
  • Proficient with technology and third-party software in a paperless environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to San Jose 1-4 times a year for meetings
