Job Summary
To support a growing financial planning firm, the full-time Client Service Associate will provide exceptional service to clients, assist advisors with meeting preparations, and manage various administrative tasks in a permanently remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests promptly and accurately
- Assist advisors with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
- Maintain and update client data in the CRM and manage workflows
Required qualifications:
- 2 years of financial services experience
- Proficient with technology and third-party software in a paperless environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Willingness to travel to San Jose 1-4 times a year for meetings
