Job Summary
Providing technical support for the Tamarac Reporting product, the full-time Client Service Associate will assist clients with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting while working in a hybrid model from Raleigh, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client calls and emails, ensuring high-quality customer service within stated SLAs
- Deliver 1:1 web training and support to clients on effectively utilizing Tamarac Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and maintain positive client relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services sector
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in issue management
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to learn new technology and platforms quickly
