Job Summary
Serving as the primary coordinator for client interactions, the full-time remote Client Service Associate will manage client service requests, maintain strong client relationships, and support a portfolio of commercial banking clients through various account servicing and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in partnership with Relationship Managers
- Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
- Coordinate client requests related to money movement and assist with account servicing activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related financial industry role
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of banking products, services, operations, and applicable financial regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
