Job Summary

Supporting customer service and operations for clients, the full-time Client Service Associate will manage client relationships, collaborate with external vendors, and apply best practices to client organizations, with a preference for remote work in the Pacific Time zone.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage initiative planning and ongoing client relationship management
  • Respond to inquiries and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
  • Acquire and apply knowledge of best practices and methodologies to client organizations
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize data
  • Research and project management capabilities
