  • Serves as first point of customer contact for general inquiries and issues
  • Escalates unresolved issues and follows up on inquiries
  • Identifies trends in customer inquiries and recommends process improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required, Associate's degree preferred
  • Proven dedication to exceptional attendance
  • Assessment Helpdesk experience and process knowledge preferred
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Flexibility in schedule
