Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Client Service Center Agent will respond to inquiries, resolve customer issues, and manage case follow-ups in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to phone, voice, and electronic inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Identify, document, research, and resolve customer issues using the call tracking system
  • Recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience and create helpful resources
Required qualifications
  • Customer service experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or an associate degree is a plus
  • Basic computer skills and keyboard proficiency; ability to learn customer service systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills
