Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Center Senior Agent to mentor and support customer service agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to fulfillment and system functionality
  • Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Assist in training and onboarding new hires while recommending process improvements to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or an associate degree is a plus
  • One or more years of customer support or call center experience preferred
  • Experience in assessments or helpdesk environments is a plus
  • Demonstrated reliability with a consistent record of attendance
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require
