Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff, Client Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage internal communications for the client service team, including major announcements and project updates
  • Establish and manage the Client Service department's project portfolio, ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives
  • Oversee client complaint management and internal operations initiatives to maintain service delivery standards
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, consulting, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a Chief of Staff, Portfolio Manager, or Senior Program/Project Management role is highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of the fund administration business and its core processes
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong analytical skills for operational reporting and strategic decision-making
