Job Summary
Serving as the primary contact for Broker and Military clients, the full-time remote Client Service Consultant will manage service-related inquiries, ensure timely delivery of services, and support account growth through proactive issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage service-related inquiries and issue resolution for Broker and Military clients, ensuring timely and effective responses
- Oversee day-to-day service execution across assigned accounts, maintaining adherence to service standards and processes
- Engage clients consultatively to understand their business objectives and collaborate with the Client Insights team to develop actionable plans
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client service, analytics, or data support, preferably in retail or CPG environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and the ability to learn new tools quickly, including AI applications
- Proven attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
- Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend work as needed
