Job Summary
To support the Accounting & Assurance department, the remote Client Service Coordinator will manage engagement coordination and operational support, ensuring the timely preparation and completion of client engagements while utilizing workflow systems and managing client document intake.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the workflow of client engagements through Suralink, ensuring timely movement and follow-up on documentation
- Assist with CCH Axcess engagement management, including setup, organization, and closeout procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the A&A department, including tracking reports and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a public accounting firm or professional services environment in an administrative or operational role
- Familiarity with Suralink or similar document request platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong understanding of the audit engagement workflow and document lifecycle
