Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Delivery Associate III to provide exceptional service to insured members, employers, brokers, and sales through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Investigates and resolves customer service issues while documenting interactions
  • Collaborates with back-office departments to ensure timely and accurate service resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of Call Center experience preferred
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload required
  • Completion of company training program is required
