Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Delivery Associate III to provide exceptional service to insured members, employers, brokers, and sales through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Investigates and resolves customer service issues while documenting interactions
- Collaborates with back-office departments to ensure timely and accurate service resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of Call Center experience preferred
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload required
- Completion of company training program is required
