Job Summary

Supporting customer satisfaction in a fully remote environment, the full-time Client Service Delivery Associate III will manage inquiries related to benefits, billing, eligibility, and claims through phone, email, and chat channels while ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries, delivering accurate and timely resolutions across multiple communication channels
  • Assess customer needs, identify root causes, and determine appropriate solutions while navigating multiple systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and maintain performance metrics in a high-volume call center
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Strong aptitude in math and computer proficiency, including navigating multiple systems
  • Availability to work all call center shifts based on business needs
  • Direct-wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
