Job Summary
Supporting customer satisfaction in a fully remote environment, the full-time Client Service Delivery Associate III will manage inquiries related to benefits, billing, eligibility, and claims through phone, email, and chat channels while ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, delivering accurate and timely resolutions across multiple communication channels
- Assess customer needs, identify root causes, and determine appropriate solutions while navigating multiple systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and maintain performance metrics in a high-volume call center
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Strong aptitude in math and computer proficiency, including navigating multiple systems
- Availability to work all call center shifts based on business needs
- Direct-wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
